The tender FREE-RANGE GOOSE is available all year round at the Handwerk Restaurant.


In our cozy Handwerk Restaurant, we serve you the probably crispiest free-range goose in all of Vienna – just like grandma used to make it – with fluffy, handmade potato dumplings, wonderfully aromatic apple-cranberry red cabbage, and an intense goose gravy for only EUR 36.00.
